Over 1,000 Mount Holyoke alums live in the vast geographic area spanning from California’s northern border with Oregon south to San Francisco and east to Lake Tahoe. We foster connections between these alums, current and prospective students, and the broader Mount Holyoke community (friends, families, faculty, and more). Whether you have lived in the area for many years, just moved here, or are briefly stopping by, we invite you to be a part of our community by attending an event, connecting with us, and/or volunteering.

Any Mount Holyoke alum who has added a primary (or secondary) address in Northern California to their Alum Directory profile automatically becomes an Active Member. Alums are defined by the Alum Association as any “graduate or non-graduate, who attended Mount Holyoke for at least a year, or any recipient of a graduate degree from Mount Holyoke College.”
