March 2020 NorCal Club Newsletter

Fellow alums,

Thank you to Barbara B. Creed and Eleanor Chang for hosting an informative discussion on U.S. Supreme Court cases to watch this term. It was a great opportunity to connect and engage in productive discourse! Since we convened, the Court has ruled on a case we discussed, Intel Corp Investment Policy Comm v. Sulym, which hinged on the definition of “actual knowledge.” Read more about the decision here. Thanks for the laughs and lively conversation to those who attended the annual Mary Lyon tea. As we enter the Spring, we encourage you to follow the Club on Facebook and Instagram to learn about our upcoming community events.

Well wishes,

The Board
