Fellow alums,
It was a delight to celebrate Mountain Day 2019 with many of you on October 2 in San Francisco and Oakland! We hope you were able to take a moment to reminisce on your Mountain Days at MHC … the ice cream, hiking, gathering with friends, having a spontaneous day “off” from classes, the list goes on.
Even though Mountain Day has come and gone, there is still much fun to be had! We encourage you to join us on October 16 for a conversation with Tommy Orange, the author of this year’s Common Read, “There, There.” We’ll attend the public discussion at the SF Main Library and grab un-hosted dinner/drinks for continued discussion afterward. Please RSVP on Facebook or by emailing us at mountholyoke@gmail.com.
A friendly reminder that all are welcome and encouraged to attend our events, regardless of club membership. We aim to support alums in the NorCal area by cultivating a community that is connected, informed, and involved in the life and work of the College. Any feedback or suggestions are greatly appreciated and welcomed.
Well wishes,
The Board
